काय करावं

शूटिंग लोकेशनवर नेहमी वेळेवर पोहोचावे.
फिल्म सिटी सिने टीव्ही आर्टिस्ट अँड वर्कर्स असोसिएशनला आपल्या ताज्या वैयक्तिक माहितीबद्दल (पत्ता/ईमेल/फोन नंबर इ.) वेळोवेळी कळविणे तुमची जबाबदारी आहे.
शूटिंगचे तास, स्वच्छता-देखभाल, जेवणाच्या दर्जाबाबत कोणतीही अनियमितता किंवा निष्काळजीपणा आढळल्यास त्वरित फिल्म सिटी सिने टीव्ही आर्टिस्ट अँड वर्कर्स असोसिएशनला माहिती द्यावी.
प्रोडक्शन कंपनी किंवा तिच्या प्रतिनिधींशी बोलताना पेमेंट, ब्लॉक डेट्स, कॉल टाइम इत्यादींबाबतची महत्त्वाची माहिती एसएमएस, व्हॉट्सअॅप, ईमेल आदी स्वरूपात लेखी स्वरूपात जतन करावी.

अपडेट केलेली फिल्म सिटी सिने टीव्ही आर्टिस्ट अँड वर्कर्स असोसिएशन डायरी नेहमी स्वतःकडे ठेवा.
प्रोडक्शन हाऊससोबत कोणत्याही वादाच्या प्रकरणात, टीव्ही मालिकेच्या ऑफ-एअर (बंद होण्याच्या) आधी किंवा एखाद्या चित्रपटाच्या डबिंगपूर्वी फिल्म सिटी सिने टीव्ही आर्टिस्ट अँड वर्कर्स असोसिएशनशी संपर्क साधावा.
कोणत्याही चित्रपटाच्या डबिंगपूर्वी आपले एकूण मानधनाचे किमान ९० टक्के रक्कम नक्की घ्यावी.
आपल्याला आपल्या असोसिएशनबद्दल काही तक्रार असल्यास, कृपया फिल्म सिटी सिने टीव्ही आर्टिस्ट अँड वर्कर्स असोसिएशनच्या ऑफिसमध्ये येऊन थेट कळवा.
प्रोडक्शन हाऊसकडून मिळालेल्या कराराची (एग्रीमेंट) एक प्रत सही केलेल्या तारखेपासून १५ दिवसांच्या आत फिल्म सिटी सिने टीव्ही आर्टिस्ट अँड वर्कर्स असोसिएशनकडे पाठवावी.

Update your personal information (i.e. contact/email/address) with Filmcity Cine T.V Artist & Workers Sangh
Update Association of any setbacks like irregular working hours/unhygienic conditions.
Maintain a written conversation with Producer or his/her representatives in the form of messages/whatsapp/email w.r.t remuneration, block dates, call time etc.
Maintain Filmcity Cine T.V Artist & Workers Sangh diary, regularly. Always carry your updated membership card.
Approach Filmcity Cine T.V Artist & Workers Sangh before serial goes off-air/dubbing of movie, in case of any dispute.
Ensure that you receive 90% of the total remuneration before dubbing of the movie. Write to your Association in case of any grievance instead of posting it on social platforms.
Forward your agreement to Filmcity Cine T.V Artist & Workers Sangh within 15 days of signing the contract.
Take acknowledgement of authorized representative of Production house on a copy of your invoice.

काय करू नये

इनव्हॉइस/बिल देताना, त्याची एक प्रत प्रोडक्शन हाऊसच्या प्रतिनिधीकडून सही करून घ्यावी आणि स्वतःकडे ठेवावी.
आपले काम पूर्ण केल्याशिवाय सेट सोडू नये. कोणत्याही आपत्कालीन परिस्थितीत आपल्या युनिट/ग्रुप किंवा झोनल हेडशी किंवा फिल्म सिटी सिने टीव्ही आर्टिस्ट अँड वर्कर्स असोसिएशन ऑफिसशी संपर्क साधावा.
एग्रीमेंट/कॉन्ट्रॅक्टमधील अटी (क्लॉज) नीट वाचल्याशिवाय आणि समजल्याशिवाय त्यावर सही करू नये.
एग्रीमेंटच्या अंतिम ओळीत आणि आपल्या सही/नावामध्ये कोणतीही मोकळी जागा सोडू नये.
राष्ट्रीय सण (२६ जानेवारी, १५ ऑगस्ट व १ मे — अनिवार्य सुट्ट्या) च्या दिवशी शूटिंग करू नये.
कोणत्याही वादाच्या प्रकरणात थेट मीडियाकडे (अखबार/चॅनेल) जाऊ नये.
कोणत्याही प्रोड्यूसरविरुद्ध फिल्म सिटी सिने टीव्ही आर्टिस्ट अँड वर्कर्स असोसिएशनमध्ये एकदा तक्रार नोंदवल्यानंतर त्या प्रोड्यूसरशी थेट संपर्क साधू नये.
इतर कोणत्याही कलाकाराच्या आवाजाची डबिंग त्या कलाकाराची किंवा फिल्म सिटी सिने टीव्ही आर्टिस्ट अँड वर्कर्स असोसिएशनची सहमती घेतल्याशिवाय करू नये.
कोणत्याही कलाकाराच्या जागी त्या कलाकाराची किंवा फिल्म सिटी सिने टीव्ही आर्टिस्ट अँड वर्कर्स असोसिएशनची परवानगी घेतल्याशिवाय काम करू नये.
रिकाम्या/अपूर्ण वाउचरवर सही करू नये.

Don't

Don’t leave the sets without finishing your work, contact your Zonal Head/ Filmcity Cine T.V Artist & Workers Sangh incase of any emergency.
Don’t sign agreement without reading, understanding each clause.
Don’t sign the agreement leaving blank space between the last line of the agreement & your name.
Don’t shoot on 26th January, 1st May and 15th August
Don’t approach media or channel directly in case of any dispute.
Don’t approach Producer directly after registering your complaint with Filmcity Cine T.V Artist & Workers Sangh
Don’t dub any other artistes voice without obtaining their/Filmcity Cine T.V Artist & Workers Sangh consent.
Don’t replace any other artiste without NOC from fellow artist/ Filmcity Cine T.V Artist & Workers Sangh
Don’t sign blank/incomplete vouchers.
